Important Information Huntmaters need to know about the TYHP website
TYHP has updated the Huntmaster Admin section of this website.
Each Huntmaster will have his or her own account and password. This will of course be different then your social networking account. If you have not created a New Huntmaster Admin Account you
can do so by clicking here. Your user name to log in will be your email
address. You will need to setup your own password. If you ever forget your
password you will need your email address to recover it.
By creating an account we can save your information in our system securely.
This will eliminate the need for long forms when seting up Youth Hunts or
Workshops/Events. When you first create an account you will be able to setup
your first Youth Hunt. You will have the ability to create other hunts from the edit account section after you have logged in. The Edit Account section is where you will need to go to update your personal information, change your email address or password and add new hunts.
The Setup an Event section is where you can setup new Youth Hunts
Announcements, Huntmasters Workshops and Events. In Order to setup an event
just select the ranch of where the event will be held, select the dates of the
events and a few other question. Please remember that all Online Comments will
be published automatically.
Most other section have been updated as well. The Find Hunters section will let
you look up the approved Youth Hunters and print a detailed list. Demographics,
Fact sheet and Incident Report can be setup from your hunt details in order to
look up some details from that hunt.
With any new systems there will be question and technical issues. Common
question should be ask through this post and technical issues can be reported
by clicking the Report Website Problem under Quick Links.
